Check-In is at 2.00 PM and Check-Out is at 11.00 AM.
The First House is a single key villa so you can enjoy it exclusively with your family and friends.
We only accept bookings for 3 nights or longer and during season time, minimum stay is 5 nights.
However, if you have loved your stay at The First House and can only stay for a shorter time, get in touch with us – we can see how we can accommodate you.
We would request you to let us know in advance at the time of booking, guest names who will be staying the night. The First House does not allow any unaccounted/surprise guests inside the property. This is to ensure the privacy and security of the property and its guests.
7 rooms in The First House are on the ground floor, which is ideal for the elderly or disabled. There is a ramp for entering the villa.
With your permission we are willing and happy to assist under your direction. There is a spectrum of needs, so please feel welcome to discuss with us any assistance or information you may need.
Breakfast is included. For lunches and dinners, there is a home style cook in the villa who can make delicious local and other cuisines. Do let us know at least a day in advance should you require lunch/dinner in the villa so the cook is able to procure fresh ingredients. This will be as per actuals.
We can assist with airport transfers as well as organize local transfers during your stay. Do discuss this at the time of booking and we can share details and costs accordingly.
We at The First House love animals and allow small pets to accompany you. Do please inform us at the time of booking.
A negative RT PCR test would be required in adherence / based on government guidelines.
Smoking inside the Villa is not permitted but smoking in the balconies and outdoors is permitted.
